Elena is too young for me, not to mention she’s my boss’s daughter and my babysitter.
That’s beyond complicated. And I’m not even looking for a relationship—but I can’t deny the attraction that sizzles between us.
I need to ignore it. A single dad, all I want is to take care of my little girl, do my job, and enjoy my friends. Anything more is asking for complications I can’t afford. Asking to be hurt again.
Trouble is, I want her, too. And when our flirty sparks turn to flames, I give in to temptation. Our secret fling is scorching hot, better than I’d even imagined.
But secrets get out, and I could lose my job and my reputation.
And I’m starting to realize she’s the one thing I’m not willing to lose.

Review
What a way to finish such an all-consuming series! J. Kenner wrapped everything in a wonderful and brilliant way. Walk the Line is the cherry at the top of the most tempting and delicious series. It is the perfect end to the Man of the Month Series. I really enjoyed and loved each book in the series. All the male characters part of this series ruined me in the best way possible. It is hard to tell who my favourite one is. Julie: I wonder if I could keep all of them to myself. I promise I will be a good girl and will take care of them. No hard feelings lady! LOL.
This book was my undoing because I have a soft spot for romances where the characters have a pretty big gap in age. Who isn’t attracted to older men? They are more experienced and they know what they want. Well, this book nailed my hard limits. Brownie points if he is a sweet and sexy single father. It melts my heart every time I watch a father interact with her little girl / boy. Don’t worry ladies. Mr. December is here to warm you with the intensity of his sexy smile and mischievous eyes.
The plot is enthralling, addictive and well developed. Every element made it incredible hard to put this book down. I devour each page ravenously fast! Perfection doesn't cover it. This is not the typical story where the girl meets boy and fall in love. This is a fierce discovery of true love where nothing matters, not even age, where two hearts beat at the same rhythm, where attraction and lust match the chance to fall into the temptation of falling in the arms of who you think you shouldn't. But the heart wants what it is wants…
Brent and Elena are at the top list of my favourite couples. They are good for each other. They love fiercely and protect their loved ones to any cost (even their happiness). Brent is just the type of man that hardly exists in real life because his priority is her little daughter. He was hurt by her ex-wife and since then he haven't opened his heart to anyone until Elena came like a storm in his life. Her softness and sexy body tempted him like hell. Brent is afraid of opening his heart and sharing his life with a woman because it is not only him. It is wrong to be attracted to your best friend's daughter and it is even more forbidden because she is younger than you… Will he let Elena into his and her daughter's life? Will he risk his heart again?
Elena is a young woman working hard to make her dreams come true. After finding her dad was not dead, she did everything to meet him. Every little girl needs her daddy. Tyree made her proud and happy. Helping him to save his bar is her goal. Falling for Brent wasn't in her plans. Dreams change as people do. Having a crush on an older man is something forbidden and tempting and even more if that man in question is your father's best friend. Brent and Faith will change her world and dreams…
This is a must read for every reader who loves a good romance with tempting touches! J. Kenner never (in a million years) disappoints her readers. Each of her books is a refreshing breeze where you can lose yourself!
