OMFG! What a way to end a dark and addictive series. Grasping for Air is the cherry at the top of the cake. K.L. Donn killed me with each book in the Adair Empire Series and brought me to life with this fantastic and intense book. It has all the feels mixed with twisted drama and raw romance that made any reader crave more. This is the kind of book that devours your soul and makes your heart beats at its perverse tempo.
I can’t choose the right words to express how delicious and forbidden is this book. As a lover of dark romance I’m still drooling over each male character of this series. K.L. Donn delivered the most exquisite and sinful story! Daniel, Dimitri and Danika’s story is so damn hot and dirty (in the best way possible). It is a discovery of one of many ways of how lovers love! According to moral and society what they share is forbidden but... Love is free and we can love anyone!
Each page of this book is a sinful torture that will twist your insides! The pace is fast and the plot is wickedly smart. The characters are insanely strong. Dimitri is possessive and strong, Daniel is sweet and intense, and Danika is loyal, fierce and a beautiful Russian Princess. They are good together. Their souls are mended in a spicy threesome of rough passion, love and lust. The attraction is sizzling and all-consuming and it is hard to be denied by them. They are perfect pieces of a hot puzzle!
I was seduced with Daniel’s Italian accent (sweet as him) and Dimitri’s Russian accent (strong as him) who doesn’t love boys who have accent? I am so high because these men are complicated and imperfectly perfect. They are sin personified and their weakness is a gorgeous Russian Princess.
Danika not only is a fierce young woman. She was abandoned and she’s never felt love until she was drawn to two males than made her skin broke in goosebumps. She doesn’t know who she is but shortly she will discover who she is and to whom she belongs.
I was lost in between the pages of this stunning masterpiece! In order to enjoy this book at the best, I highly recommend you to read all the books in the series. You can read it as a standalone but I urge you to start the series and let each book blow your mind far away... The best MMF book I have read...
I am sad and happy because this series took a strong place in my heart. K.L. Donn left the best for the end of this series. Grasping for Air will leave you breathless...

Krystal is a proud Canadian girl, hailing from Sherwood Park, Alberta. She has a strong dislike for the winter, and a love spring.
